文章采用教学实验法, 分析了"蹲踞式跳远"教学模式在教学实践中的具体应用效果.研究结果显示:"翻转课堂"教学模式对蹲踞式跳远运动成绩和技能水平的提高有较大的帮助, 同时可提高学生的学习兴趣和整体教学效果, 从而为蹲踞式跳远教学方法的研究提供借鉴.%The main purpose of this study is to provide theoretical and practical suggestions for the improvement of the effect of the squat long jump course for non major students in Changzhi University. This paper mainly adopts the teaching experiment method, analyzes the specific application effect of the "squat long jump" teaching mode in teaching practice. The main contents are as follows: the comparative analysis of the effect of the flipping class teaching mode on the performance of the students' squatting long jump and the results of the technical evaluation; the evaluation and analysis of the effect of the student group and the teacher group on the application effect of the flip classroom teaching mode in the squatting long jump teaching. The results show that the "flipping classroom" teaching mode helps to improve the performance and skill level of the squatting long jump, as well as the students' interest in learning, but there are still some inadequacies in the practice. In the future application process, we should seek advantages and avoid disadvantages, so as to provide reference for the study of squat style long jump teaching methods.
