基于互联网思维的人力资源管理转型分析

         

摘要

For enterprises, the nature of Internet thinking is the thinking method of rethinking the whole business mode under the background of the big data or mobile client.It is found that the Internet thinking which is different from the thinking of traditional business operation, is the concept to achieve the innovation of operation ideas.Using Internet thinking to deal with human resource management problems could promote the transformation of human resource management in enterprises, and thus enable the enterprises to solve their problems in a better way.We could realize the transformation of human resource management in enterprises from several aspects as follows: establishing flexible management organizations and systems, enhancing the information construction of human resource management, and innovating human resource management methods.%互联网思维,对于企业而言,其实质就是在大数据或移动客户端背景下重新思考整个商业模式的思维方式.互联网思维是不同于传统型企业运营的思维,是实现运营理念创新的思维,而运用互联网思维思考企业人力资源管理问题,能够更好地实现企业人力资源管理转型,从而使企业面临的问题得到更好的解决.可从建立柔性的管理组织和制度、加强人资管理的信息化建设、创新人力资源管理方式方法等方面着手实现企业人力资源管理的转型.
