柳州市莲藕生产基地质量安全监测、追溯、预警一体化建设工作实践

Based on the information from quality and safety monitoring and tracing back system of agricultural products in Liuzhou city, we carried out the risk analysis of lotus root production bases to establish monitoring, tracing back and early warning integrated system, share quality and safety data of lotus root, and improve the effectiveness and timeliness of supervision. Since 2010, Liuzhou has initially built the monitoring, tracing back and early warning system for quality and safety of lotus root production bases. At present we have built six demonstration sites for the data acquisition and the risk warning, and we could trace back the quality and safety of lotus root products of three enterprises (cooperation), realizing the risk early warning of quality and safety of lotus root production bases in Liuzhou city.%利用柳州市农产品质量安全监测与追溯系统信息进行莲藕生产基地风险分析，建立监测、追溯、预警一体化系统，实现莲藕质量安全数据共享，提高监管的有效性与时效性。2010年起，柳州初步建成柳州市莲藕生产基地质量安全监测、追溯、预警一体化系统，到目前建成6个监测、追溯、预警数据采集与风险警示示范点（市、县检测中心、乡镇检测站、企业协会）和3家企业（合作社）莲藕质量安全可追溯，实现柳州市莲藕生产基地质量安全风险预警。
