We analyzed flesh browning characteristics of 117 luffa (Luffa cylindrica L.) germplasm resources. The results showed that, the variation coefficient of all the 117 luffa germplasm resources was 82.32%, and ten of them were highly resistant to browning, while 73.50% of them were easy to browning. And the germplasm resources, which were highly resistant to flesh browning, were in cylinder shape. Flesh anti-browning trait of F1 hybrids was obviously improved by taking the materials highly resistant to browning as female parent.%对117份丝瓜种质资源的果肉褐变特征进行考察,结果表明,丝瓜果肉褐变性状变异系数高达82.32%;筛选出极耐褐变材料10份,占8.55%,易褐变资源占总资源的73.50%;极耐褐变资源瓜形多为圆筒形;耐褐变材料作为亲本之一所配制组合的褐变指数均较低,尤其是以极耐褐变材料作为母本时效果更为明显。
