济宁地区5种食用菌铅、镉、砷、汞重金属污染检测与评价

         

摘要

We investigated the contents of four heavy metals Pb, Cd, As and Hg in five edible fungi from Jining city, and evaluated the safety grade of the heavy metal content according to the and . The results showed that the average contents of Pb, Cd , As and Hg in the five edible fungi were all below the standards and the five edible fungi were basically safe for food, but Flammulina velutipes was slightly polluted by Pb and Hg.%对济宁地区5种主栽食用菌样品中铅(Pb)、镉(Cd)、砷(As)、汞(Hg)的含量进行了检测,并按照国家卫生质量标准及绿色食品(食用菌)标准,对被测食用菌中的重金属含量进行安全评价。检测结果表明,济宁地区5种食用菌鲜菇中Pb、Cd、As、Hg含量平均值均不超标,质量基本安全,但香菇Pb和Hg轻度污染。
