LYSO:Ce纳米粉体的溶胶-共沉淀法制备及其发光性能

         

摘要

Lu2 (1-x-y) Y2xSiO5:yCe3+(LYSO:Ce) nanopowders were prepared by sol-precipitation method with NH3·H2O and NH4HCO3 as the precipitants. X-ray diffraction (XRD),Scanning election microscope (SEM) and Photo lumines-cence (PL) spectra were used to characterized the samples. The effects of precipitation agents, calcination temperature and Y3+ doping ratios on the crystal phase of the powders were discussed. The effects of Ce3+ content and Y3+ content on the luminescent properties of the samples were analyzed. The results show that NH4HCO3 is a suitable precipitant. When the calcination temperature is 1300℃,the content of Ce3+is 0.01 and the content of Y3+is about 0.05,the lumi-nescence performance is the best and the luminescence intensity of LYSO:Ce is higher than that of Lu2SiO5:Ce. The nanopowders exhibit a uniform particle distribution, high purity and good dispersibility.The particle size were in the range of 100~200nm.%采用溶胶-共沉淀法,分别以NH3·H2O和NH4HCO3为沉淀剂,制备了Lu2(1-x-y)Y2xSiO5:yCe3+(LYSO:Ce)纳米粉体.采用XRD、SEM和荧光光谱测试手段对样品进行分析,讨论了沉淀剂、煅烧温度、Y3+掺杂比例对粉体晶相的影响,分析了Ce3+含量和Y3+含量对样品发光性能的影响.结果表明,以NH4HCO3为沉淀剂,在煅烧温度为1300℃下,Ce3+含量为0.01,Y3+含量为0.05时LYSO:Ce样品发光性能最好,并且样品的发光强度高于Lu2SiO5:Ce样品,粉体粒度分布均匀、纯度高、分散性好,粒径在100nm~200nm范围.
