基于学科'技能型人才'培养现状的针灸推拿学专业教学质量保障体系的构建

摘要

随着国家健康产业发展战略的确立,社会对针灸推拿学科"技能型人才"的需求量越来越大.基于此,文章对针灸推拿学专业"技能型人才"培养现状进行了调查,并对其中存在的问题与产生的原因进行了深入的分析.结合原因,文章提出了构建"五位一体"的教学质量监控体系,从根本上保证了针灸推拿学科"技能型人才"的培养.%With the establishment of the national health industry development strategy, the demand for skilled talents of acupuncture and massage is increasing. The article makes an investigation on the current situation of the cultivation of skilled talents in acupuncture and massage, and analyzes the existing problems and causes. Combining with the reasons, the article puts forward the construction of the"five in one"teaching quality assurance system, fundamentally to ensure the"skilled personnel"training of acupuncture and tuina discipline.
