贵州高硫煤系高岭土综合利用试验研究

         

摘要

BBased on experimental research, recycling of kaolin from high-sulfur coal measures in Guizhou was realized through floating, desulfurization, screening, discarding oversize sieve residue as tailings, ultra fine grinding minus sieve, chlorinating and calcining. The results show that the sulfur removal rate of the kaolin is over 96% through the process of one roughly, once finely, and once sweepingly desulphurizing. The XT (D)-level 2 calcined kaolin for rubber industry was obtained through the process of screening the desulfurized kaolin and ultra fine grinding the minus sieve, doping the batch with 4% of NaCI, calcining the mixture at 1000℃ for 3h.%以贵州高硫煤系高岭土为研究对象,采用浮选脱硫-筛分-筛上物抛尾-筛下物超细磨-氯化煅烧工艺,进行综合利用试验研究.研究表明:该高岭土采用一粗一精二扫浮选脱硫工艺,硫脱除率96%以上;脱硫高岭土粗精矿经筛分-筛下物超细磨,在NaCl用量4%、煅烧温度1000℃、煅烧时间3h的条件下进行煅烧,可获得XT(D)-2级橡胶工业用煅烧高岭土.
