贮藏对琴叶风吹楠脂肪酸含量及成分的影响

             

摘要

常温干燥贮藏是植物种子保存的重要方式之一.对经过风干处理未贮藏和常温干燥贮藏的琴叶风吹楠种子测定出仁率,采用索氏提取法提取油脂,甲酯化处理后用GC-MS法进行测定.结果表明:贮藏对琴叶风吹楠种子种仁率影响较小,脂肪酸含量基本呈降低趋势,贮藏前与贮藏后两者间的差异达到极显著水平;不饱和脂肪酸(以十四碳烯酸和十八碳烯酸为主)含量上升,饱和脂肪酸(以十四烷酸为主)含量下降.%Dry and common temperature storage is one of the main storage methods for plant seed. The kernel yield was measured from air-dried and storage seeds of Horsfieldia pandurifolia and the fatty acids were extracted by Soxhlet extraction method. The compositions and content of the fatty acid were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) after esterification. The results show that the kernel percentage of Horsfieldia panduri folia had little influence by storage. The compositions and content of fatty acid decreased after storage, and the difference between them reached a significant level. The content of unsaturated fatty acids (mecilenic acid and octadecenoic acid) were increased and the saturated fatty acids (tetradecanoic acid) were reduced.
