采用ISSR分子标记技术对云南17份茶树样品进行了亲缘关系分析.实验结果表明,12条ISSR引物共产生193条扩增带,其中多态性条为100.0%.供试材料的遗传相似系数变异范围为0.50~0.88.通过UPGMA法,可将17份材料分为2个大类,第1大类为“红毛茶”,第2大类又可分成2个亚组,其中组Ⅰ包括双江古茶树和永德大叶种,而组Ⅱ包括勐库群体品种、勐海大叶种和部分凤庆大叶种.聚类分析结果表明,双江古茶树与采自永德的茶树亲缘关系最近,而与采自勐海和凤庆大叶种的亲缘关系相对较远.%ISSR molecular markers were used to analyze the genetic polymorphism of 17 Yunnan big-leaf tea resources. The results show that 193 bands were amplified with 12 ISSR primers, and the polymorphic rate were 100.00 %. The genetic similarity of the materials varied between 0.50 and 0.88. The 17 materials were classified into 2 groups with UPGMA method, and the first group involed "Hangman Tea", and the second one included two subgroups. The subgroup I included the Shuangjiang ancient lea trees and Yongde big-leaf, and the subgroup II included "Mengku", the Menghai big-leaf and parts of Fengqing big-leaf. The genetic relationship of the ancient tea trees from Shuangjiang and parts of Fengqing big-leaf tea was the closest, and that was more far relatively with Menghai big-leaf tea.
