干旱胁迫对宫粉羊蹄甲生理指标的影响

         

摘要

The characteristics of 20 kinds plus trees ofBauhinia variegataprogeny were selected to test with drought stress by way of natural drought. The effects of drought stresses on drought-resistant characteristics of 20 families of Bauhinia variegatawere studied. The fuzzy subordinate function analysis had also been used to comprehensively evaluate the drought resistibility of these families of Bauhinia variegata. The results are as follows: The relative electrical conductivity increased with the growth of drought stress. The plasma membrane permeability of LKY4 was more stable than the other families, and the damage degree of the cell membrane was lowest. The chlorophyll of 20 families ofBauhinia variegata decreased with the drought degree aggravating. The chlorophyll-a content of LKY3 and the chlorophyll-b content of LHH7 were the smallest decline. There is a positive correlation between superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity and drought tolerance. The SOD activity of different family values peak period of each are not identical. Under severe drought stress, the SOD activity of LJC6 was the smallest decline. The fuzzy subordinate function analysis was used to rank their drought tolerance, and the order was: LJC4> LJC6> LHH7> LHH6> LHH1> YST1> LKY3> LKY4> HLS2> HLS8> HLS10> HLS5> LJC1> HLS3> YST2> LJC2> LKY> HLS1> LJC3> LJC8.%以广州地区筛选出20种宫粉羊蹄甲优树子代为材料,采用人为控水方式模拟土壤干旱胁迫,分析不同程度干旱胁迫对20个家系的生理指标的影响,最后应用模糊隶属函数法对20种宫粉羊蹄甲家系的抗旱性进行综合评估。结果表明:随着干旱程度的加重,20个宫粉羊蹄甲家系的叶片相对电导率基本上呈上升趋势,其中LKY4的质膜透性相对稳定,受损害程度最低;而就叶绿素含量而言,干旱期间宫粉羊蹄甲基本上呈下降趋势, LKY3的叶绿素a含量和LHH7的叶绿素b含量下降幅度最小;SOD活性与植物抗旱能力呈正相关,各个家系的SOD活性值达到峰值的时间各不相同,LJC6在重度干旱时SOD下降幅度最小。模糊隶属函数综合评价表明,20个家系的抗旱性由强到弱的顺序为LJC4> LJC6> LHH7> LHH6> LHH1> YST1> LKY3> LKY4> HLS2> HLS8> HLS10> HLS5> LJC1> HLS3> YST2> LJC2> LKY> HLS1> LJC3> LJC8。
