滇中地区常绿阔叶林土壤酶活性与理化因子通径分析

         

摘要

为探究天然常绿阔叶林理化因子对土壤酶活性的影响,运用通径分析方法研究了云南省玉溪市磨盘山国家森林公园内的天然常绿阔叶林土壤理化因子与土壤酶活性之间的关系。结果表明:(1)土壤田间持水量、有机质、碱解氮、全磷、速效钾含量和土壤酶活性均表现出比较明显的表聚现象,土壤容重、全钾含量随着土层深度的加深而增加;(2)土壤脲酶、过氧化氢酶、转化酶活性与理化性质之间有着密切的相关关系;土壤碱解氮、全磷、速效钾强烈的直接作用是影响该区土壤脲酶和转化酶活性的主导因子,而土壤有机质、土壤容重强烈的直接作用是决定土壤过氧化氢酶活性的主导因子,其他因子的间接作用也是影响该区土壤酶的重要因子。%To explain the influence of soil physiochemical properties on enzymes activities in natural evergreen broad-leaved forest, the path analysis was used to study the relationship between soil physiochemical factors and soil enzymes activities of evergreen broad-leaved forest in Mopan mountain National Forest Park in Yuxi city, Yunnan province. Results showed that: (1) The soil ifeld capacity, organic matter, alkali-hydro nitrogen, total phosphorus, available potassium content and soil enzyme activity showed obvious table gathered phenomenon, Soil bulk density and total potassium content increased with the deepness of soil deepen; (2) Soil urease, catalase and invertase activity had the close relationship between the physical and chemical properties. Soil alkali-hydrolysable nitrogen, total phosphorus and available potassium were strong role to directly affecting the dominant factors of soil urease and invertase activity. And soil organic matter and soil bulk density were strong direct effect to determine the dominant factor of the soil catalase activity. Indirect effects of other factors were also the important factor affecting the soil enzymes.
