雄激素受体在三阴性乳腺癌中的表达及其预后价值

摘要

Objective: To investigate the expression and the prognostie value of androgen receptor in triple negative breast cancer(TNBC). Methods: Two hundred and fifty -six cases of TNBC between January 2001 and December 2006 in Jiangsu Cancer Hospital were retrospectively analyzed. The immunohistochemical staining was adopted to detect the expression of androgen receptor. The relation of androgen receptor expression with the clinicolpathological characteristics was analyzed statistically. All the patients were followed-up. Results; The positive rate of androgen receptor expression was 41% in TNBC. Androgen receptor was significantly correlated with the tumor volume, histological grade and lymph node metastasis. The follow-up showed that the 10-year overall survival and disease-free survival of the patients with the negative androgen receptor expression were lower than those with positive androgen receptor expression(68% vs 86% ,19% vs 31% ). Conclusion; The TNBC patients with positive androgen receptor have good prognosis. Androgen receptor may serve as a therapeutic target for TNBC .%目的:探讨雄激素受体(androgen receptor,AR)在三阴性乳腺癌(triple-negative breast cancer,TNBC)中的表达及其预后价值.方法:回顾性分析江苏省肿瘤医院2001年1月-2006年12月手术病理确诊的TNBC 256例,免疫组化检测AR的表达情况,统计学分析AR的不同表达情况与临床病理特征的相关性,并进行随访.结果:TNBC中AR的阳性率为41%.AR与肿瘤大小、组织学分级、淋巴结转移具有统计学相关性.随访显示AR阴性者的10年总生存率和无病生存率均低于AR阳性者(68% vs 86%,19% vs 31%).结论:TNBC中AR阳性者预后好,AR可能成为TNBC新的治疗靶点.
