矿化剂对 CdMoO4微球的水热合成及荧光性能影响

         

摘要

以Cd(NO3)2和Na2 MoO4为原料,NH4 Cl为矿化剂,采用水热法在pH值为8,200℃反应12 h 条件下合成了CdMoO 4微球,并通过 X射线衍射( XRD ),场发射扫描电子显微镜( SEM)和荧光光谱( PL)等测试手段考察了矿化剂加入量对CdMoO4形貌及发光性能的影响。结果表明:以NH4 Cl为矿化剂,得到产物为纯四方相的CdMoO4微球;随着NH4 Cl加入量的增加,晶体结晶度增强、直径和分散度增大、铕掺杂的CdMoO4晶体荧光强度逐渐增大。当n(NH4Cl)∶n (Na2MoO4)=4∶1时得到单分散的直径约为5μm的CdMoO4微球。矿化剂的加入量不同时,得到的CdMoO4微球的直径不同,因此可以通过调节矿化剂的加入量来控制 CdMoO4微球的大小。%As raw materials of Cd ( NO3 ) 2 and Na2 MoO4 , CdMoO4 microspheres were synthesized with NH4 Cl as mineralizer via hydrothermal method at pH =8 and 200℃for 12 h.The effects of the additive amount of mineralizer were investigated on morphologies and luminescence properties of CdMoO 4 by means of X-ray dif-fraction (XRD), the field emission scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and fluorescence spectra (PL).The results showed that the obtained products were CdMoO 4 microspheres with pure tetragonal phase as the mineral-izer of NH4 Cl;while the additive amounts of NH 4 Cl were increased , the crystallinity degree of the crystals was heightened , the diameter and dispersion degree of the crystals were increased and the fluorescence intensities of CdMoO4 crystals doped by Eu3+were enhanced gradually.When the ratio of n(NH4Cl)∶n(Na2MoO4) was e-qual to 4∶1, the monodisperse CdMoO 4 microspheres was obtained with diameter of ~5 μm.The diameters of the CdMoO4 microspheres were diverse with different additive amounts of mineralizer , so the size of the CdMoO 4 microspheres can be controlled by adjusting the amount of mineralizer .
