The enhanced green fluorescent protein (EGFP) gene was transfected into the chromosomes of the human lung adenocarci-noma cells (A549) to construct the cell model with the EGFP for anti-cancer drugs screening in vitro, The application value of the model through studying in vivo as well as in vitro was studied. By electroporation, the EGFP gene was transfected into A549 cells and then by means of the G418 and gradient method, the high EGFP-expression cells that cultured for expansion were filtered out.
