新型咪唑啉类缓蚀剂PF99对20钢的缓蚀性能研究

         

摘要

常年加工高酸高硫原油会导致炼厂设备严重腐蚀,腐蚀较明显部位为塔顶冷凝系统及管线,材质为20钢.采用失重挂片法评价了2种油田常用缓蚀剂LH01、WS01和实验室制备的新型咪唑啉类缓蚀剂PF99在减粘塔顶油水介质中对20钢的缓蚀性能,讨论了浸泡时间对PF99缓蚀率的影响,简要分析了PF99的缓蚀机理.结果表明,PF99缓蚀剂具有稳定的、最佳的缓蚀效果,最佳用量0.05 mL/L,缓蚀率达93.79%;温度为80℃时,浸泡时间为120 h,缓蚀效果最好;PF99缓蚀剂分子中极性基团和非极性基团的共同作用,使其起到良好的缓蚀作用.%The equipments in refinery are usually corrupted badly during the process of highlyacid crude oil refining, and the most corrosion location is the condense system and pipe line of the atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit. The main material is steel 20. The corrosion inhibiton performance and adsorption behavior for steel 20 under the mixture of oil and water from the top of atmospheric and vaccum distillation tower were investigated by weight loss method, including inhibitor LH01, WS01, which is commonly used in oil field, and a new imidazoline inhibitor PF99 synthesized by us, and the inhibition mechanism was also studied. The results indicate that PF99 is the best inhibitor with the highest and most stable inbition efficiency of 93.19%, when the concentration is 0.05 ml/L; a best inhibitive effect will be achieved when the temperature is 80℃ and the immersed time is 120 h; the inhibition effect of PF99 is determined by the interaction of Polar groups and non-polar ones.
