结肠腺癌组织中 MMP-2和 MMP-9的表达

摘要

目的：探讨结肠腺癌组织中基质金属蛋白酶-2（MMP-2）和 MMP-9的表达及其临床意义。方法采用免疫组化 S-P 法检测93例结肠腺癌和30例正常结肠组织中 MMP-2和 MMP-9的表达，并分析两者与结肠腺癌临床病理参数的关系。结果结肠腺癌组织中 MMP-2和 MMP-9的阳性率分别为76.34%和77.42%，均高于正常结肠组织的16.67%和16.67%（P <0.05）。结肠癌组织中 MMP-2和 MMP-9的表达与肿瘤的分化程度、淋巴结转移、TNM 分期均有关（P <0.05）。结论 MMP-2和 MMP-9高表达能够促进结肠腺癌的发生和进展。%Objective To investigate the expressions of matrix metalloproteinase-2(MMP-2)and MMP-9 in the colon adenocarcinoma and their clinical significance. Methods Immunohistochemistry method was used to detect the expressions of MMP-2 and MMP-9 in the 93 patients with colon adenocarcinoma and 30 cases of colon normal mucosa,and the relationship between MMP-2 or MMP-9 and clinicopathological parameters were analyzed too.
