克氏针张力带内固定与空心钉钛缆内固定应用于髌骨骨折的疗效比较

摘要

目的：：探讨髌骨骨折治疗中采用克氏针张力带内固定与空心钉钛缆内固定两种方法的效果。方法：选取2013年9月至2015年6月期间收治入院的髌骨骨折患者85例作为研究对象，随机分为对照组和观察组，对照组41例，采用克氏针张力带内固定治疗；观察组44例，采用空心钉钛缆内固定治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果：两组患者的骨折愈合时间、膝关节功能恢复优良率比较差异不明显( P >0.05)；观察组组患者的手术时间较对照组短( P <0.05)。结论：在髌骨骨折的治疗中，空心钉钛缆内固定与克氏针张力带内固定均有较好的效果，但空心钉钛缆内固定手术时间更短，对患者创伤小，是理想的内固定方法。%Objective:To explore the therapeutic effects of internal fixation with Kirschner wires and hollow nails titanium cables on patella fracture. Methods:85 cases of patella fracture hospitalized from September 2013 to June 2015 were selected and randomly divided into the control group (41 cases) and the experimental group (44 cases). The control group was treated by internal fixation with Kirschner wires, while the experi-mental group was treated by internal fixation with hollow nails titanium cables, their therapeutic effects compared. Results:There was no difference between the two groups in terms of healing time and the excellent and good rate of knee joint function recovery ( P >0. 05);the operation time for the experimental group was shorter than that for the control group ( P <0. 05). Conclusion:In the clinical treatment of patella fracture, the thera-peutic effects of Kirschner wires and hollow nails titanium cables are both good, but the internal fixation with hollow nails titanium cables has the characteristics of shorter operation time and smaller trauma , which is ideal for the treatment of internal fixation of patella fracture.
