论社会主义宪政建设

摘要

社会主义国家宪政建设是从资本主义国家建设宪政学来的,苏联社会主义宪政建设有许多惨痛教训值得认真总结。我们应当建设具有中国特色的社会主义宪政民主制度,完善人民代表大会制度,使我们国家真正成为以宪治政、以法治国的社会主义法治国家。%The constitutional construction in socialist country learnt from capitalist countries.Soviet socialist constitution construction has many painful lessons,we should carefully summarize the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics constitutional democratic system,to improve the system of people＇s congresses,to make our country really be practiced by the state constitution,then a socialist country ruled by law.
