高校实物档案的管理与利用论析

摘要

This article analyzes the characteristics of real object archives in colleges and universities, such as ambiguity, extensibility and diversity. The author argued that archive professionals in colleges and universities should systematically collect and classify real object archive materials, and carefully manage them. For management and utilization of real object archives in colleges and universities, the author provides both ideas and detailed requirements. Especially, the article discussed the archives compilation and its significance.%高校实物档案具有“模糊性”、“广泛性”、“多样性”等特点，档案工作者应有计划、有鉴别、有取舍地进行收集，耐心细致地进行分类和管理。抓住高校实物档案工作中保存管理和开发利用这两个环节，突出高校实物档案编研工作的特色，充分发挥档案工作的历史作用。
