为探讨大黄鱼内脏白点病的发病机理及其与环境因子的相关性,本文设计了不同梯度的盐度、温度和 pH 值对致病香鱼假单胞菌(Pseudomonas plecoglossicida)的生长影响以及采用环介导等温扩增法(loop-mediated isothermal amplification,LAMP)对大黄鱼肾和脾靶器官进行养殖周期中的致病菌感染检测。结果显示,香鱼假单胞菌的适宜生长盐度为0~25,最适生长温度为28~37℃,最适生长 pH 值为7左右,适宜在大黄鱼养殖海区环境中生长繁殖。在较低水温时香鱼假单胞菌对大黄鱼的感染率较高,这与大黄鱼内脏白点病的发生季节相吻合,但有关较低水温感染病原菌导致病害发生的致病机理有待探索。%To investigate the effects of environmental factors on the infection of large yellow croaker (Pseudosciaena crocea)caused by P.plecoglossicida,in-vitro growth of the bacterium was determined under different levels of sa-linity,temperature and pH.The results showed that the optimal salinity,temperature and pH for the growth of P.plecoglossicida are 0 ~25,28 ~37℃ and 7,respectively.In addition,spleen and kidney samples taken from farmed large yellow croaker was tested for P.plecoglossicida used LAMP (loop-mediated isothermal amplification) method.Higher bacterial infection rate was observed in months of lower water temperature when diseased fish was more frequently observed.Thus,the pathogenic mechanism of disease caused by pathogens at lower temperature need to be explored.
