从“空白”概念看中国古诗词中水意象的翻译

摘要

This paper argues that Wolfgang Iser's concept of"Blank"is applicable for analyzing literary transla⁃tion. Drawing from the concept of"Blank", this paper analyzes the necessity and main methods of retaining the blanks.in the translation of water-image in Chinese classical poems and lyrics.%沃尔夫冈·伊瑟尔提出的“空白”概念不仅为文学文本的研究提供了一个崭新的理论视角，而且对文学翻译也有重要的借鉴意义。本文根据伊瑟尔的“空白”概念，探讨了英译中国古诗词中的水意象时保留空白的必要性以及译者为保留空白采用的主要翻译方法。
