公共行政管理中的文化原则

     

摘要

伴随着人类社会的进步和发展,公共行政文化与公共管理的关系越来越紧密,先进的行政文化对公共行政管理的影响越来越大,对组织内部成员的凝聚力也越来越强,它既能促使公共管理顺利进行;反之,落后的行政文化则会阻碍公共行政管理的正常进行。因此,建立一种更为优化合理的文化规则来规范公共行政管理显得尤为重要。%With the progress and development of human society, the relationships between the public administrating culture and public management are getting closer and closer, the effectivenesses of advanced administrative culture on public administration are increasingly bocome more and more important, the cohesion of the members inside the organization is getting stronger and stronger, and they can promote the smooth progress of public administration. On the contrary, otherwise they will hinder the normal conduct of public administration. Therefore, the establishing of a good rule of the culture that is used to regulate public administration is becoming very importanttoday.
