大学生就业问题一直备受社会关注，而由各种心理问题所带来的就业困扰已成为目前高校心理健康教育的重要内容．本文从实际案例出发，运用心理辅导理论技术，对大学生的就业困扰心理进行辅导和分析，探讨解决高校大学生心理困扰的途径和方法．%The socity is always focus on the employment issues of university students, and these psychological distress are imporant elements in the university mental healthy education.
