%The novel Die Heimkehr, written by German contemporary well-known writer Bernhard Schlink in 2006, tells a story about a son’s searching for his father. The deep reasons for the father’s absence and the son’s agony in searching for his father are approached from three perspectives, loss of belief, the German history and the impact of Feminism.
