液-质联用测定猪肉中兽药残留

摘要

目的：调研安徽省皖南各区域的猪肉兽药残留情况。方法：采用液-质联用法，对安徽省皖南地区18个县市区54个农贸市场，随机采集的162份鲜猪肉样本，进行了兽药残留的检测。结果：猪肉样本中所测的4种磺胺类、4种β-受体激动剂类、3种四环素类、3种硝基咪唑类、3种激素类药物以及氟苯尼考胺类药物残留含量，均低于国家食品标准规定的最低限定值。结论：安徽省皖南地区生猪兽药残留控制上取得了良好效果。%Objective:To investigate the situation of veterinary drug residues in pork in southern area of Anhui province. Method:A determination of veterinary drug residues in pork by LC-MS method was carried out in 54 farmers market of 18 counties in southern area of Anhui Province. 162 samples of fresh pork were tested for ve-terinary drug residues. Result:The veterinary drug residues of 4 sulfonamides,4 kinds of beta receptor agonist, 3 kinds of tetracyclines,3 kinds of nitroimidazole,3 kinds of hormone drugs and florfenicol amine,are below the minimum limits of national standard. Conclusion:The control of veterinary drug residues in southern area of An-hui Province has got good effect.
