校企合作和工学结合已经成为新建地方本科院校非常推崇的一种办学模式,这种办学模式能够在教学过程中最大限度地体现出校企双方各自的长处,能够保证学校的教学过程更好地对接企业的工作过程,学校的专业设置更好地对接企业的岗位需求,从而促使学校培养出符合企业需求的技能型、创新型、实用型人才,也有利于企业获取更多利润,打造出校企互促双赢的良好局面. 文章以潍坊科技学院软件工程专业为例进行新建地方本科院校软件工程专业校企合作人才培养长效机制研究,实现校企共同整合资源,建立健全人才培养模式,校企共同设计和开发课程体系,校企共同改革教学方法.%In the current situation , the university-enterprise cooperation and work-integrated learning has become a new school-running mode praised greatly by local undergraduate colleges and universities .This kind of school-running mode can furthest embody the advantages of university and enterprise , realize the butt joint of the teaching process and the working process of enterprise , the butt joint of the major setting and the position requirements of enterprise , and encourage the university cultivating the skilled , innova-tive and practical talents in accordance with enterprise requirements , and make the enterprises obtain more profits, finally ensure the win-win situation of university and enterprise .The paper takes the soft-ware engineering major in Weifang University of Science and Technology as an example , researches the long-term mechanism of talent training of university-enterprise cooperation of local undergraduate colleges and universities , realizes the resources integration of university and enterprise , establishes and improves the talent cultivating mode , realizes the common design and development of curriculum system and teach-ing method reform of university and enterprise .
