微生物实验内容体系的教学改革与实践

         

摘要

微生物学是生命科学类专业的基础课程, 在实际教学过程中存在实验课内容单一、零散, 学生参与度低等问题.对生物科学专业微生物实验课程内容进行整体性、模块化、多样性等改革.经实践证实, 改革后明显激发了学生对该实验课程的兴趣和主动性, 教学质量得到了明显提高.%Microbiology is a basic course of life science specialty.However, there were many problems during the actual teaching process such as single and scattered experiment course content, low participation rate of students and so on.Microbiological experiment courses in bioscience specialty were reformed, including integrating experiment contents, modulizing experiment sequences, and diversifying experiment forms.Through the practice, the teaching quality was improved and students' interest and initiative to experiment courses were obviously aroused.
