水体镉污染对小麦种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响

     

摘要

[目的]研究水体镉污染对小麦种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响,为小麦高产、优质栽培提供依据.[方法]采用不同浓度(0、1、5、30、100 mg/L)CdCl_2溶液模拟水体镉污染,探讨其对小麦种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响.[结果]随着Cd~(2+)浓度的增加,小麦幼苗可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白的含量明显减少,脯氨酸累积量增加,丙二醛(MDA)含量上升,细胞膜的相对透性也逐渐增强.此外,高浓度的CdCl_2溶液(100 mg/L)会使小麦的根尖呈黄褐色.[结论]Cd~(2+)对小麦种子萌发及幼苗生长有明显的抑制作用.%[Objective] The research aimed to study the impacts of cadmium pollution of water bodies on the seed germination and seedling growth of wheat and provide some basis for high yield and high quality cultivation of wheat. [ Method] Different concentrations (0, 1, 5, 30, 100 mg/ L) of CdCl_2 solution were used to simulate the water pollution of cadmium treated with young plants, and discussed its impacts on the seed germination and growth seedlings of wheat. [ Result] The results showed that Cd~(2+) had significant inhibition on the growth of wheat seedlings. With the increasing concentration of Cd~(2+) , soluble sugar and soluble protein reduced, but Pro, MDA content and permeability of membrane increased. Besides, root tops of young plants became tawny when the concentration of Cd~(2+) was 100 mg/L. [ Conclusion ] Cd~(2+) has significant inhibition on the seed germination and seedling growth of wheat.
