银杏叶中总黄酮的提取工艺研究

         

摘要

[目的]优选银杏叶中总黄酮的提取方法.[方法]以乙醇为提取剂,采用冷浸、热浸、回流和超声4种不同方法提取银杏叶中的总黄酮,并通过UV法测定总黄酮含量作以比较.[结果]最佳提取方法为超声提取法,最佳提取条件为浓度60%乙醇,提取3次,每次2h,温度70℃;在此条件下,测得银杏叶中总黄酮的含量为1.462 mg/g.[结论]超声法具有能耗低、效率高、不易破坏有效成分等特点,可用于银杏叶总黄酮的提取.%[Objective] To deter mine the best optimization method of total flavonoids from FOLIUM GINKGO. [ Method] With solvent as ex-tractant, total flavonoids were extracted by using cold soak, hot-dip, reflux and ultrasonic methods, and then determined and compared by UV method. [ Result ] Trie best extraction method was ultrasonic method, and the optimum extraction conditions were: 60% ethanol, extracting for three times, 2 h e|ch time, and 70 t , under these conditions, the yield of total flavonoids was 1.462 mg/g. [Conclusion] The ultrasonic method was characterized by low energy consumption and high efficient without destroying the effective components, therefore it was applicable to the extraction of total flavonoids from FOLIUM GINKGO.
