大豆水分含量测定方法的改进探讨

             

摘要

[目的]筛选最准确的大豆水分含量测定法.[方法]采用国标恒重法、ASAE法和自定温度(110、115、120℃)恒重法对不同水分含量的大豆样品进行测定.[结果]国标恒重法测定时间最短但误差较大;ASAE法结果最为准确但测定时间长达72 h;110℃恒重法测定结果与ASAE法较为接近,测定时间需要10 h左右.[结论]对完整籽粒的大豆进行水分测定采用110℃恒重法是最为准确有效的.%[Objective] The study aimed to screen the most accurate method of determining the water content in soybean. [ Method] The soybean samples with different moisture content were deteimined by using international constant weight method, ASAE method and self-set temperature (110, 115, 120 ℃) constant weight method. [Result] International constant weight method had shortest determining time, but had much error; the ASAE method had most accurate determining result, but its determining time needed was as long as 72 h, the determining result from 110 ℃ constant weight method approached to that from ASAE method and its determining time needed about 10 d. [Conclusion] The determination on the water content in the soybean with the intact grain by 110℃ constant weight method was most accurate and valid.
