以胡杨叶为研究对象,优化胡杨叶中总黄酮的提取工艺务件,研究其体外抗氧化性能.结果表明,超声波提取胡杨叶中总黄酮的最佳提取工艺条件为:提取荆为75%的乙醇,超声时间25 min,料液比1:25.总黄酮提取率为11.20%.提取物对抑制脂质过氧化作用的测定结果表明,胡杨叶总黄酮提取物对抑制脂质过氧化能力较弱.%With the Populus euphratica Oliv leaves as experimental materials,the extraction technology of total flavonoids was optimized and the anti-lipoperoxidation property of the flavonoids was studied. As indicated by the results,the optimum technological conditions of ultrasonic extraction was:extracting agent of 75% ethanol, ultrasonic time of 25 min,and solid-liquid ratio of 1∶25,the extraction ratio of total flavonoids reached 11.20%. Ethanol extractions from Populus euphratica Oliv leaves performed low anti-lipoperoxidation property.
