HPLC法鉴别真伪野菊花的研究

         

摘要

[ Objective ] To identify the genuine and sham FLOS CHRYSANTHEMI INDICI by HPLC, so as to provide basis for the standardization of traditional Chinese medicine market. [ Method ] By determining the content of buddleoside and chlorogenic acid, the genuine and sham FLOS CHRYSANTHEMI INDICI were identified. HPLC conditions were: mobile phase of methanol-water-glacial acetic acid (V: V: V=26: 31:1); detection wavelength of 334 nm; flow rate of 1 ml/min, column temperature of 35 ℃ and sampling amount of 10 μl. [ Result ] Buddleoside and chlorogenic acid were detected in genuine FLOS CHRYSANTHEMI INDICI with content of 8.365 and 0.228 mg/g, respectively, and they were not determined in sham FLOS CHRYSANTHEMI INDICI. [ Conclusion ] The method established in this study was convenient and feasible,which could be employed to identify FLOS CHRYSANTHEMI INDICI.%[目的]建立HPLC 法鉴别真伪野菊花(FLOS CHRYSANTHEMI INDICI)的方法,为规范中药材市场奠定基础.[方法]通过测定野菊花中蒙花苷和绿原酸含量鉴别其真伪,HPLC 条件:流动相为甲醇-水-冰醋酸(V:V:V=26:23:1);检测波长为334 nm;流速为1ml/min;柱温为35℃;进样量为10μl.[结果]野菊花真品中蒙花苷和绿原酸的含量分别为8.365和0.228 mg/g,野菊花伪品中这2种物质均未检出.[结论]该方法方便、可行.可用采鉴别真伪野菊花药材.
