小麦秸秆成型燃料孔隙率对燃烧效果的影响

         

摘要

[目的]通过小麦秸秆成型燃料孔隙率对燃烧效果的影响研究,为生物质致密成型燃料燃烧设备的设计提供依据.[方法]选取颗粒直径为80目的原料为基准体,采用自行设计的孔隙率测定装置测定其终压和密度,再由生物质致密成型燃料的实际密度和基准体的密度计算出该种燃料的相对孔隙率;并对成型燃料进行了燃烧性能试验.[结果]在80目颗粒基准体,压力为28 MPa条件下,小麦秸秆致密成型燃料的密度为1 432.6 kg/m,相对孔隙率为27.2%;当压力在5~10 MPa时,燃料燃烧性能较好,但其成型性能不太稳定,压力消失后,燃料容易反弹;压力在10~20 MPa时,燃料成型性能稳定且燃烧性能好;压力在20~28 MPa时,燃料成型性能稳定但燃料燃烧困难;压力大于28 MPa后,燃料的相对孔隙率基本没有什么变化,且燃烧性能极其不好.[结论]压力在10~20 MPa时,小麦秸秆成型燃料具有较好的压缩成型性能和燃烧性能,符合生物质成型燃料的使用条件.%[ Objective ] The basis of the design of the combustion device for the type of biomass briquette-fuel was provided through the research on the effect of the porosity of wheat stalk briquette-fuel on combustion property. [ Method ] The raw material with the particle diameter of 80 orders selected as the reference. The final pressure and the density were measured with designed porosity device and then the relative porosity of such fuel was calculated according to the actual density and the density of reference of the type of dense of biomass briquette-duel,and the test of its combustion was carried out. [ Result ] Under the condition of 80 particles base samples and 28 MPa pressure, the density of wheat stalks briquette-fuel was 1 432.6 kg/m3, and the relative porosity was 27.2% ;when the pressure was between 5 ~ 10 MPa,combustibility was well but fuel compactness was unstable;when the pressure was between 10 and 20 MPa, fuel compactness and combustibility was well;when the pressure was in 20 -28 MPa, the fuel compactness was stable, but was difficult to combust; when pressure was larger than 28 MPa,there is no changes in relative porosity and the combustibility was poor. [Conclusion] When the pressure was in 10 ~20 MPa, wheat stalk briquette-fuel had fine compactness and combustibility, which fitt the application conditions of biomass briquette fuels.
