摘要:In order to explore the migration and transformation of phosphorus in sediments and variation of water quality from beach plants. The mechanisms of root exudates to the phosphorus in the sediments, the phosphorus exchange of the beach plants-sediment system at different water level, the speciation of phosphorus in the sediments at different growth phases of beach plants, the number and types of microorganisms from the rhizosohere, the adsorption of phosphorus by the Fe and Mn plaques, the absorption and transformation of phosphorus when plants growing would be studied. Then the effects of beach plants on the exchange of phosphorus in the sediments would be revealed. Theoretical basis and technical support for restoring the eutrophicated lakes and the damaged lake wetlands would be provided.%为了探求鄱阳湖洲滩植物对沉积物磷的迁移转化从而影响水质的变化规律,研究洲滩植物的根系分泌物对沉积物磷的作用机制、洲滩植物-沉积物磷在不同水位条件下的赋存转化、沉积物磷在洲滩植物不同生长期的赋存形态、洲滩植物根际微生物的数量和种类、根表铁锰氧化膜对磷的吸附和植物生长对磷的吸收转化导致沉积物中的磷赋存转化,揭示了鄱阳湖洲滩植物对沉积物磷赋存转化的重要作用以及对沉积物与水体磷的交换产生的影响,为湖泊水体富营养化修复及湖泊洲滩湿地的保护和恢复提供了理论依据和技术支撑。
