发酵工艺原理课程教学体会与教学改革

     

摘要

以培养学生的创新意识、提高学生自学能力、增强学生理论联系实际能力为改革目标,确立了科学合理的发酵工艺原理课程教学改革思路,从改变教学观念、优化教学内容、改进教学模式、加强实践教学和改革考核方式五个方面实施教学改革,取得了显著的教学效果.%In order to develop students' innovation consciousness,improve their self-learning ability and enhance their ability linking theory tornpractice, the scientific and proper teaching reform thought for fermentation technology principles course was constructed. The teaching reform wasrncarried out from five aspects including changing teaching concept, optimizing teaching content, improving teaching mode, strengthening practicalrnteaching and reform assessment, which achieved significant results.
