盆周山地土地整理生态安全评价研究——以四川省雅安市上里镇为例

         

摘要

Based on the pressure-state-response (PSR) model and common principle of index choice, an evaluation index system was primarily proposed for the ecological security of regional land consolidation in mountain regions around Sichuan Basin with the AHP method. And then the indices were chosen using Delphi method, and the final evaluation index system was put forward- Using the approach of principal component analysis and ArcGTS geostatistical interpolation, the ecological security before and after land consolidation was evaluated in the study are-a. With a case study of the land consolidation project of Shangli Town, Ya' an City, Sichuan Province, the ecological security before and after the land consolidation was evaluated. The evaluation results showed that the ecological security grade was improved in the study area, 92. 62% of the study area was grade 2 and 7. 38% was grade 3 before the land consolidation, and the ecological security grade reached grade 2 after the land consolidation; the increased range was little, because the minimum score was very close to the threshold of second and third-grade before the land consolidation, and the score was near the lower limit of second-grade after the land consolidation; the evaluation results were consistent with the study area's actual situation. The evaluation index system and evaluation method have guiding significance to the ecological security evaluation of regional land consolidation in mountainous regions around Sichuan Basin.%遵循压力-状态-响应(PSR)框架模型和指标选取一般原则,采用层次分析法拟定盆周山地土地整理生态安全评价指标体系,运用Delphi法筛选指标,最终建立盆周山地土地整理生态安全评价指标体系;运用主成分分析和ArcGIS地统计插值相结合的方法对研究区土地整理前后的生态安全进行评价.以四川省雅安市雨城区上里镇土地整理项目为例,进行土地整理前后生态安全评价,评价结果表明:研究区生态安全等级提高,土地整理前项目区92.62%生态安全等级为Ⅱ级,7.38%为Ⅲ级,土地整理后生态安全等级全处于Ⅱ级;研究区生态安全等级提高幅度不大,土地整理前最低分值非常接近Ⅱ级与Ⅲ级的阀值,土地整理后分值靠近Ⅱ级的下限;评价结果与实际相符.该评价指标体系和方法对四川盆地盆周山地土地整理生态安全评价具有一定的指导意义.
