[目的]筛选出高效除臭菌株,为生活垃圾生物除臭提供菌种资源.[方法]采用初筛与复筛相结合的方法,分离高效除臭乳酸菌,并对其进行菌落及菌体形态学观察、生理生化特征及16S rDNA序列分析[结果]从生活垃圾中分离获得一株高效除臭乳酸菌LDJ,经鉴定为干酪乳杆菌.[结论]该乳酸菌在实验室条件下24 h内对氨的去徐率为90%,48h内对硫化氢的去除率为46.8%,可较好地去除垃圾恶臭味.%[Objective] In order to offer strain resources for biological deodorization of garbage, highly deodorant strains were screened. [Method] The. highly efficient deodorant lachc acid bactenum was separated with screening and rescreening mtlhod. Its morphology , physiology, bio-chemical and molecular characteristics were studied. [Result] A special strain LDJ was screened from domestic refuse which was identified as Lactobacillus casei. [ Conclusion] LDJ can decrease 90% of NH, emission from garbage in 24 h and decrease 46. 8% of H2S in 48 h, which has an obvious deodorant effect.
