黄花草木樨中总黄酮的提取工艺研究

             

摘要

[ Objective] To optimize the extraction process of total flavonoids from Melilotus officinalis. [ Method] The effects of extraction solvent, extraction temperature,solid-liquid ratio,methanol concentration,extraction duration and extraction times on the extraction rate of total flavonoids from Melilotus officinalis were investigated and the extraction process was optimized by using single-factor tests and the orthogonal test. [ Result ] The optimum extraction process was obtained as followed:solid-to-liquid ratio of 1 :30 g/ml,methanol concentration of 80% ,extraction temperature of 60 ℃ .extraction duration of 2 h and extraction times of 2. Lnder the above condition,the extraction rate of total flavonoids from Melilotus officinalis was approximately!. 42%. [Conclusion] The heat reflux method is stable, effective and suitable for industrialization, which will provide references for the development of total flavonoids from Melilotus officinalis.%[目的]优化黄花草木樨中总黄酮的提取工艺.[方法]采用单因素试验结合正交试验,研究提取溶剂、提取温度、料液比、甲醇浓度、提取时间、提取次数对黄花草木樨中总黄酮提取率的影响,并优化其提取工艺 . [结果]最优提取工艺条件为料液比1∶30g/ ml,提取剂为浓度80%甲醇,提取温度60℃,提取时间2h,提取2次;在此工艺条件下,总黄酮提取率为1.42%.[结论]该热回流提取工艺稳定有效,适宜于工业化生产,可为进一步合理开发黄花草木樨中黄酮类化合物提供参考依据.
