VLEs知识建构机制在高校人才培养中的研究

         

摘要

基于信息技术(ICT)的人才培养创新意识与实践能力的提升受到传统教学模式的制约,针对国内外目前已有信息技术ICT运用于传统的人才培养与教学模式中的不足之处,将ICT的前沿技术和综合运用形式——分布式协同虚拟学习环境VLEs的知识建构机制引入高校创新性人才培养中,在分布式协同VLEs的运用过程中参考HLA标准融入CSCW、DVR等技术,建立基于分布式协同VLEs的知识建构机制,在该知识建构机制基础上建立两种创新型高校人才培养应用模式:虚拟共享协作模式、自主学习模式,以期为ICT应用于高校创新性人才培养研究提出一些新的思路和决策参考.%Based on restricting of innovation consciousness and practical ability of ICT personnel training by traditional teaching mode, aiming at the shortcomings of current ICT technology at home and abroad, the advanced technology and comprehensive application form of ICT was introduced into university innovative personnel training. Using the technology of CSCW, DVR in the application process of VLEs HLA standard, the mechanism based on the distributed collaborative VLEs knowledge was established. On the basis of the knowledge construction mechanism, two innovative universities personnel training were put forward including sharing virtual cooperation mode and self-learning mode, which provides a new thought and policy-making reference for application of ICT in universities innovative personnel training.
