三聚氰胺检测用固相萃取柱的重复利用研究

摘要

[Objective] To reduce the testing cost of products. [Method] The repeated using of solid phase extraction (SPE) in sample preparation of melamine by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was studied, the used SPEs were sealed by methanol. [ Result ] The SPEs can be reused twice with high recovery rate and good precision. [ Conclusion ] The study can provide reference basis for reducing detection cost of melamine.%[目的]降低产品检测成本.[方法]对高效液相色谱(HPLC)检测三聚氰胺的前处理使用的固相萃取柱进行了重复利用研究,将用过的固相萃取柱用甲醇原液液封处理后检测使用.[结果]对回收柱进行试验,回收率、精密度均达到检测要求,且萃取柱可重复使用2次.[结论]研究可为三聚氰胺检测成本的降低提供参考依据.
