供给侧改革视角下精准扶贫资金投入机制的构建

摘要

基于供给侧改革视角,从扶贫资金供给端着眼,对精准扶贫资金投入问题进行分析,提出构建基于供给侧改革的精准扶贫资金多方投入机制:以财政资金为基础的政府供给端,以政策性贷款为重点的资金供给端,以引入社会资本为动力的市场供给端,以农户自筹为补充的活力供给端.%Based on supply-side reform perspective, from the perspective of supply-side funds,the problems about the funds investment of pre-cise poverty alleviation were analyzed,then multi-input mechanism for precise poverty alleviation based on supply-side reform were put forward, which included the government supply side based on financial funds, the fund supply side focused on policy loans, the market supply side to the introduction of social capital as the driving force and the vitality supply side to supplement the farmers themselves.
