Cultivation of College Students' Entrepreneurial Decision-Making Ability in the Context of Supply Side Reform Integrating EMER Model

In this paper, a kind of college students' entrepreneurial psychological capital intervention model is established from the perspective of psychological capital intervention model for the cultivation of the college students' entrepreneurial decision-making ability by exploring and analyzing the entrepreneurial problems related to the college students. A preliminary understanding of the entrepreneurial orientation of the college students is obtained by investigating the college students of different gender. The investigation results show that three factors, that is, the job selection and entrepreneurial location of the college students, the matching of career and profession, and the family relations, show the positive correlation. The research results show that: The entrepreneurial location, the matching of career and profession and the family relations are closely related to the choice of college students for the entrepreneurship. At the same time, the effects of economic, political sense and others in the entrepreneurial choice of the college students are explored separately. Therefore, the psychological capital intervention research on the psychological capital intervention model for the cultivation of the entrepreneurial decision-making ability of college students is carried out.
