改进军事学硕士研究生选拔培养的思考

As a matter of fact, it is hard to select, cultivate and pullulate the master degree candidates for military science, this article analyzes this problem existing in military academies, puts forward several countermeasures and reflections on improving the selection and cultivation of master degree candidates for military science to meet the requirements for troops with high-level application-oriented military talents.%针对当前军事学硕士研究生选拔难、培养难、成长难实际情况，分析了军校对军事学硕士研究生选拔培养方面存在的问题，提出了改进军事学硕士研究生选拔培养、造就适合部队需要的高层次应用型军事人才的对策。
