前置式双圆盘割草机主轴有限元分析-基于 ANSYS Workbench

         

摘要

Main shaft is one of the key components of the front double disc mower , using Pro /E and ANSYS Workbench to create a three-dimensional model .By static analysis ,you can draw the equivalent stress and equivalent strain of the spindle in the normal working hours , You can more easily determine the spindle dangerous section mainly in the left and right bearing neck and keyway near , equivalent stress of the main vertical shaft is 25.66Mpa, far less than the allowable stress , therefore , the spindle meet the strength requirements .By dynamic modal analysis , come to the spindle in the nor-mal working hours the speed 2000r/min far less than its critical speed 12195.6r/min.So it will not cause resonance . From information of finite element ANSYS Workbench of static analysis and dynamic analysis not only to improve the pre -cision of the analysis but also to shorten the calculation time ,so as to provide a theoretical basis for design improvements .%  主轴是前置式双圆盘割草机的关键部件之一。运用 Pro/E 和 ANSYS Workbench 建立三维模型,并进行有限元静态分析和动态分析。通过静力学分析,得出主轴在正常工作时的等效应力与等效应变,可以从中较容易地判断出主轴危险截面主要集中在左右轴承颈以及键槽附近,主轴最大应力值为25.66 MPa,远远小于其许用应力,故主轴满足强度要求。通过动力学模态分析,得出主轴在正常工作时的转速2000r/min,远远小于其临界转速12195.6 r/min ,所以不会引起共振。通过 ANSYS Workbench 进行有限元静态分析和动态分析,不但提高了分析的精度,缩短了计算时间,而且为设计改进提供了理论依据。
