切割部件是前置式双圆盘割草机的主要工作部件。为此,运用 Solidworks 对9 YG-130型双圆盘割草机的切割部件进行三维建模、虚拟装配和刀片的应力应变位移分析。结果表明,利用 Solidworks 进行产品结构设计直观性强,可以清楚地表达设计者概念中的产品,能够实时动态地改变零件特征的形状和尺寸,方便地生成相关联的二维零件和装配工程图,缩短了新产品的研发周期,提高了设计效率,为后续的有限元分析和产品优化提供了依据。%Cutting unit is superposed double disc mower main working parts , this paper uses of Solidworks 9 YG-130 type double disc mower cutting unit 3 D modeling , virtual assembly and blade stress strain displacement analysis .The re-sults show that , the use of Solidworks carries on the product structure design intuitive is strong , can clearly express de-signers concept of product , can real-time dynamically change the parts characteristics of the shape and size ,a convenient means to generate associated two-dimensional parts and assembly engineering drawing , shorten new product development cycle , improve the design efficiency , for subsequent finite element analysis and optimization of products to provide the basis .
