Disc/Drum Mower Blade Safety:Testing Practices and Procedures

摘要

Due to the need for increased safety of disc/drum mower blades, hardness, impact toughness and wear studies were designed to test blades manufactured using a combination of 10B38 steel and Austemper heat-treating. These components combined with controlled manufacturing processes and testing throughout each stage in the production process of the blade, will consistently produce a blade of the highest available toughness and hardness.
