青贮型玉米收获机茎秆回收割台的设计与试验

摘要

在消化吸收国内外现有的玉米收获机及玉米青贮机技术的基础上，创新设计了青贮型玉米收获机，该玉米收获机能够一次完成果穗摘取、剥皮、集箱及茎秆切断、输送、切碎、集车回收等功能。整机包括摘穗割台和茎秆回收割台，其中重点对茎秆回收割台进行了设计。田间性能试验表明，整机的性能参数满足设计要求，符合玉米收获机及玉米青贮机的国家标准。%On the basis of the technology of the existing corn harvester and corn silage harvester both form home and abroad , design a new type corn harvester for silage , the new corn harvester can be able to complete the grain harvest , a stripping header and stem cutting , conveying , chopped , sets car recycling , and other functions at one time .The corn harveste including grain picking header and stalks conveying header , the essay focuses on the design of stalks conveying header .Through field performance test , the whole machine performance parameters meet the design requirements , in line with the corn harvester and corn silage harvester of the national standard .
