当代中国的社会转型是世界现代化运动的重要组成部分之一，教育改革既是社会转型的重要内容之一，也是社会转型的必要条件。其中，艺术教育的普及与创新格外重要。学校美术教育应注重理念与方法的创新；社会艺术教育应依托各种文化艺术场馆，通过整合社区艺术教育资源、建立学校与社区的多方合作等提高全民的艺术素养。通过培养具有艺术素养的创新人才，以期实现中华民族的伟大复兴，使中华民族巍然屹立于世界之林。%This paper, based on the analysis of the characteristics of traditional Chinese culture in the context of social transformation to explain the reasons why people should change their thinking mode, points out that educational reform plays a key role in the transformation and art education is of great importance. It holds that school art education should focus on ideological and methodological innovation. Social art education should depend on various cultural and art venues to improve people＇s artistic accomplishment by making a comprehensive use of art educational resources in local communities and encouraging cooperation between schools and communities. The training of creative art talents can help to achieve the great rejuvenation of Chinese nation, making China stand tall among the nations of the world.
