学龄前儿童营养状况及相关因素调查分析

摘要

目的：探讨利用尿钙作为评定学龄前儿童营养状况的指标，并分析其与幼儿智商、骨骼发育及龋齿的关系。方法通过对3～6岁共246名学龄前儿童的身高、体重、胸围、头围、皮质厚度等营养状况及其相关因素尿钙、儿童智力发育、龋均等项目的检测并做相关分析。结果身高、体重、头围、胸围、龋均随年龄增加而增高，各年龄组儿童尿钙均值均高于临界值，在正常范围内。尿钙与骨骼在4岁年龄组关系较密切。结论龋均有随尿钙增加而减少的趋势，提示钙与龋齿的形成有一定关系。%[ Absrtact] Obj ective To explore the use of urine calcium as evaluation of the nutritional status of preschool children index, and analyze the relationship between its and children′s IQ, skeletal development and dental caries.Methods The 3~6 year-old a total of 246 preschool children′s height, weight, chest circumference, head circumference, corti-cal thickness and other nutritional status and related factors of urinary calcium, children′s intellectual development, the detection of caries in equal project and correlation analysis.Results The height, weight, head circumference, chest circumference, average caries increased with age, the age groups of children urinary calcium were higher than average critical value, in the normal range. Urinary calcium and bone in the age group of 4 relatively close relation-ship.Conclusions The caries has increased with the increased urinary calcium and decreasing trend , there is a certain relationship between formation suggests that calcium and dental caries.
